User generated market to address pain points in recruitment business.
Rezoomex proposes to use the same concept used by travel portals like orbitz, you tube and amazon to create a marketplace for recruiters and candidates to find good consultants. Candidates and employers would be able to post review remarks and ratings of consultants. Consultants themselves will be able to publish their focus areas and special skills. The portal will also publish success metrics for each consultant such as number of resumes , vacancies, interviews and recentness of activities.
Candidate- Too many jobsites. Need some one to go through them and find out a suitable job for me.
- Posting my resume on a job site exposes it to the world. I want confidentiality.
