About Rezoomex

Who is Rezoomex?

Rezoomex is a B2B platform that helps organizations build products with lean, AI-augmented teams. We connect companies with specialized AI agents, expert freelancers, and Rezoomex Certified Mentors (RCMs), all coordinated through outcome-based smart contracts. Our focus is on anyone building products who needs to move quickly while staying outcome-focused.

What does Rezoomex do?

Rezoomex acts as a real-time facilitation layer for product work. It turns meetings, decisions, and ideas into structured artifacts like user stories, feature clusters, and playbooks. Behind the scenes, specialized AI agents handle specific functions such as requirements, testing, compliance, and communication, while smart contracts coordinate work with freelance teams when additional execution capacity is needed. The result is faster product delivery with less coordination overhead.

Getting Started & Pricing

How can we use this within our organization?

Rezoomex Certified Mentors (RCMs) work directly with your teams to guide adoption. They help assess your current workflows, identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, and support you in implementing and scaling solutions on the platform. While engagement with RCMs is optional, it is advised.

What is your pricing model?

RCMs typically charge $250/hour (or their individual rate) for consulting, onboarding, and solution building. In addition, Rezoomex charges a platform usage fee based on the use of agents and automation.

Smart Contracts & DAOs

Are smart contracts about crypto?

Smart contracts aren’t about crypto — they’re about programmable execution. When agreements, incentives, or workflows are encoded into software, they don’t depend on manual enforcement. That reduces disputes, delays, and coordination costs.

What is a DAO?

A DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is an organization that operates through smart contracts rather than traditional management structures. Like enterprise teams, companies or DAOs can hire agile freelance teams using outcome-based smart contracts, where success is measured through a few key business metrics that balance quality and productivity.

Can we only use smart contractors from your platform in India?

For now, yes. We plan to add smart contractors from other countries over time.

How It Works: Agents, Personas & Architecture

What is the difference between personas, agents, and experts?

  • Personas represent roles or perspectives (e.g., System Admin, user persona) to guide thinking and decision-making.
  • Agents are AI-driven executors that perform specific tasks (e.g., generate test cases, validate requirements, automate workflows).
  • Experts are domain specialists (human or AI-guided) who provide deep insights, oversight, and strategic input. Together, they create a structured system where thinking (personas), execution (agents), and expertise (experts) work in sync.

Why do we have to use 15 different agents instead of just one?

Each agent is specialized for a specific function (e.g., requirements, testing, compliance, communication). Using multiple agents ensures higher accuracy, modularity, and scalability. It also lets organizations update or optimize individual parts of the workflow without affecting the entire system.

What role does the Rezoomex agent play?

The agent acts as an intelligent facilitator rather than just a notetaker. It listens, asks questions, organizes thoughts, and transforms discussions into structured artifacts. This makes information more actionable and accessible across teams.

Where do you store the code?

In a private GitLab repo.

Meetings & Collaboration

How do teams use Rezoomex during collaboration?

Teams use Rezoomex as a real-time facilitation layer during meetings. Instead of taking unstructured notes, the agent converts conversations into structured outputs such as decisions, feature ideas, and user stories. These outputs are reusable, easy to navigate, and can be integrated directly into documentation.

How does Rezoomex improve meeting effectiveness?

Rezoomex enables more structured, insight-driven meetings by capturing key information in real time, reducing reliance on manual note-taking, asking relevant questions to minimize assumptions, and bringing in contextual insights (e.g., market trends when needed).

How does Rezoomex help when there’s no consensus in a meeting?

Rezoomex helps structure discussions by capturing differing viewpoints, highlighting areas of conflict, and organizing inputs into clear artifacts. It can also prompt teams with clarifying questions and suggest next steps, enabling more informed decision-making even without immediate consensus.

How does Rezoomex support group meetings vs. individual use?

In group settings, Rezoomex captures multi-stakeholder inputs and structures them into shared artifacts. In individual sessions, it acts more like a co-creator, helping the user explore ideas and prepare for collaboration. The core value adapts to the context.

Features & Tools

We use Jira, what’s the point of the playbook?

The playbook acts as a centralized source of truth for workflows, decisions, and communication. While Jira manages tasks and tracking, the playbook captures context, intent, and execution logic. Over time, elements like test cases and workflows can be integrated into Jira — this is part of our roadmap.

What are Diverge and Deep Diver?

  • Diverge encourages broader thinking by asking exploratory questions and surfacing assumptions.
  • Deep Diver focuses on deeper validation, asking more detailed and critical questions to refine ideas.

What is the Affinity Mapper?

The Affinity Mapper organizes raw inputs into meaningful groups, such as feature clusters and user stories. It helps transform scattered ideas into structured product artifacts that are easier to act on.

Who It's For

Who is the primary user of Rezoomex?

Rezoomex is designed for Product Owners, Product Managers, and similar roles with some technical understanding but limited engineering bandwidth. It empowers them to operate more independently and effectively.

In what environments is Rezoomex most useful?

Rezoomex is especially valuable in lean product environments — such as teams with a Director of Product and a small number of PMs, often without dedicated development teams. It’s also effective for teams that rely heavily on playbooks and structured workflows, including enterprise settings.

Can Rezoomex be used by a single Product Owner (PO)?

Yes. A solo PO can use Rezoomex for 1:1 working sessions to think through problems, structure ideas, and prepare outputs. It acts as a thought partner, helping them refine requirements and decisions without needing a full team present.

Looking Ahead

How is the role of PMs and engineers expected to evolve with tools like Rezoomex?

Most organizations today have a higher ratio of engineers to PMs. With tools like Rezoomex, PMs and POs can take on more structured product-building responsibilities, potentially shifting this balance over time.

What does the future of interaction with Rezoomex look like?

In the near future, interactions are expected to become less prompt-driven and more goal-oriented. Instead of writing detailed prompts, users will simply define objectives (e.g., “Build User Story 1 for testing scenario X”), and the system will guide execution automatically.
